There is an opportunity to gain a significant amount of in depth experience.

The office environment is challenging and there is little room for advancement in pay or position.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. They think it is still 1950.

Pros

Pay is higher than most.

Cons

Everything else. Project managers and upper management short hours on projects to gain more profit. Nothing is about customer service. They cannot ever maintain the same customer because of the projects they run into the ground. 90% billed with nothing to show. Upper management keeps employees in the dark with a constant state of deception.
