      Pros

      I had a decent tenure at EY between 5-10 yrs. Throughout those years I saw rapid growth in the area of technology. As an employee, there's a lot of room for growth in specific areas to contribute. Continuous education and upskilling is absolutely necessary to thrive at EY.

      Cons

      You are truly a "number". That expression, "people before profits", has different meanings to certain people. Of course, any company wants to be successful and profitable but to eliminate the roles of individuals that helped you get there is wrong. It's "profits before people". Especially when you have a failed, very expensive attempt at splitting the company. So proceed with caution, definitely have a back-up plan!!
