Great benefits, good culture, good infrastructure, medium flexibility, good admin support from HR Reception IT

Cons

Times, the work is too much, but it all depends on your reporting manager. Overall, the companies is very supportive. A place you should opt for working.

Good challenging projects in GenAI, ML and MLOps Hybrid mode policies are good, bonus and increments are good

Cons

Too much of senior management do hierarchy related things like you are sometimes not allowed to speak bluntly with your managers and also the work culture is degrading now as any senior can scold you and escalate you.
