      Pros

      Modern office (open concept), networking opportunities, ability to transfer anywhere in the world, smart, funny people, ease of access to leadership.

      Cons

      Bonuses and raises should reflect company performance and personal performance accurately (according to the market and your quarterly reviews. If you’re not an analyst or attorney, many roles do not allow advancement (promotions), though they will offer raises.

      Pros

      Great experience, I learned a lot about the workings of an Audit and the industry on a whole. Taught me to be quick on my feet and how to a faster and more independent learner.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Hours can be long in busy season and expectations are quite high. Employee turnover was also a problem. The team could not retain staff so your workload increases and you can be more swamped in and out of season.
