Pros

Full time remote & make your own schedule (mostly). Every location does vary for schedule dependent on needs. Great job for an already retired individual or someone that does not need benefits.

Cons

No benefits at all. No paid holidays. Management does not do any of the ground work causing a disconnect between work being done and expectations. Management overall is all around lackluster. Contract continues to add on job duties for the analysts without adequately compensating employees.

Other than the sometimes long hours when finishing up a project I have no cons.
