Brand first and people 2nd when you engage with clients Promotion process in one service line is different to others, some hold panels some dont frustrating when you have to jump through more hoops than others.

work/life balance is stellar. overall benefits package is very competitive. salary is decent but negotiate before accepting an offer. perks are above average

Cons

can become stagnant is role. promotions are given based on who you know more so than what you know. very large firm and its easy to go way under the radar. too many layers between management and staff
