Pros

Ey heavily invest in developing it's people. EY's People Advisory Services practice is developing some very innovative forward-looking perspectives on employee engagement and how employers should interact with employees to drive positive productivity

Cons

Inadequate, confusing and inconsistent bonus system makes it very hard to understand what needs to be done to earn a bonus. Base pay is decent but you should not count on consistently getting a bonus even if your performance is strong bonus criteria seems very very discretionary and the amounts are not truly meaningful

Pros

Flexible and the firm over all is amazing. Benefits are great and possibly the main reason why people stay in the department.

Cons

Absolutely the worst experience. Everyone there hates working there. Micromanaged daily, and the leaders have absolutely no leadership qualities. Turn over is extremely high.
