Pros
In my opinion, there are no “pros” related to the culture here at all. Base pay was average to below average. In my experience, bonus administration was flawed and 100% subjective vs. structured and administered against objective metrics.
Cons
Ethics and integrity for any firm must be paramount. Like many organizations, EY has an ethics hotline where employees are encouraged to report misconduct, and violations of EY’s Code of Conduct. This is critical to an organization’s reputation among employees, vendors, and customers alike. In my experience, it seemed that reporting resulted in negative repercussions though.
