Pros
Company has great culture. Focused on delivering, constant challenging and meaninful work and on top of that great leadership. If you want to grow professionally EY is one of the most relevant work places that will challenge you to learn, adapt and deliver all at the same time. Basically you get the feeling of building the train tracks while your driving the train. It´s a rush!
Cons
Work life balance is tough. When on project, you have constant meaningful pressure. When you´re out, you can definitely chill, recharge and get back at it. Salary is not great at all, keep that in mind.
