EY layoff

Pros

One positive aspect of EY is that their compensation is competitive compared to tier-2 consulting firms. However, the work-life balance leaves much to be desired.

Cons

The leadership team appears to lack a clear strategic vision and is finding it difficult to remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving market. The growing influence of AI has led clients to resist paying premium rates, further highlighting the company's structural challenges. Despite positioning itself as a technology consulting firm, the environment tends to favor marketing-oriented skill sets over genuine technical expertise—making it less suitable for professionals focused on deep technical work.

Pros

Nice environment and fast pace learning

Cons

Low pay in comparison to colleagues abroad (yes its Greece) and they do not always put you to projects where you would perform better based on your interests

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Great education system for free.

Cons

Management is train wreck. Extremely disorganized and lacking management skills. Some team members were toxic unfortunately.
