Pros

Diverse experiences (which can be bad or good), you learn really quickly ho w to manage expectations, young workforce so everyone at your level is around your age

Cons

Some managers should not be managers, which means your experience at the firm is dependent on the project team you are on.

Pros

Great pay Great networking Sometimes really good SMs

Cons

Layoffs are quarterly, they won’t own up to it either. Utilization is life, but sometimes it’s not your fault you are benched. Benched for 6-8 weeks but you desperately looked for work? Go find a new job. Regularly watched people get laid off because they took parental leave and it hurt their utilization. It’s cut throat.
