Pros

Great salary and great travel perks

Cons

Your manager does not have your best interest at heart and neither will your co-workers. Do not trust anyone.

Pros

Collaborative environment in which team members are willing to help solve any problems you're having or will direct you to someone who can help.

Cons

I wanted to transfer offices in a different state, but there were no open positions with my title. I was left with the ultimatum of finding another job within the firm or quitting. Management wasn't flexible enough to accommodate my request to work remotely in a different state despite my high quality work, great work reviews, and that all of my work was virtual and we were all working remotely.

Pros

Salary is decent, comparable benefits, good to put on your resume.

Cons

Salary seems good for being fresh out of college but when you calculate your per hour pay, it's practically nothing. No training in the M&E group. Terrible team environment, can't trust anyone. It's common for employees to blame other people to make themselves look better. Depending on the team you are on, it can be a very toxic work environment.
