Pros

EY name on your resume, work there one year (probably going to be the worst year of your life) but you will get a minimum 40% pay raise from another company

Cons

-Sweatshop -Horrible projects that consume your life why you are making 40k -Lie to college kids and look at them as cheap labor -Will tell you that you are a consultant but you will never travel -Zero work from home (they have reports of how many times you scan your badge per week) -The real EY is huge on remote working, but SDC employees are blasted for it -Toxic culture, on my first day 5-7 people came up to me and told me to run for the hills (they were right) -The pay is so incredibly low for Alpharetta area

Pros

Offers a great vacation package but it only benefits you if you proactively schedule PTO while maintaining high utilization rate.

Cons

Pressures to maintain utilization and the difficulty to switch clients in the federal practice are a downfall.
