Pros

Working at EY Stockholm has been a rewarding experience overall. The office culture is genuinely collaborative, and people are approachable at every level. I’ve felt consistently supported by management—both in terms of career development and day-to-day guidance. There is also a strong emphasis on team bonding, with regular group events that help foster a sense of belonging. One of the most positive aspects has been the firm’s commitment to learning, feedback, and internal mobility. Colleagues are helpful, and there’s a shared sense of purpose when tackling client challenges.

Cons

That said, the salary is below the market average for the sector, especially considering the workload and level of responsibility expected. While the experience gained is valuable, compensation may be a limiting factor for long-term retention. In summary, EY Stockholm offers a great place to grow professionally, especially for those early in their careers—but prospective candidates should be mindful of the compensation expectations.
