Great people, great client, good teams. Great path to becoming a great consultant and leader. Company shows appreciation of your work

Cons

Some projects can be challenging but if you're able to turn it around you are highly rewarded. Some times you will have to work long hours and have clients that can be demanding

Pros

The learning environment is by far the best part of the job. I have constantly been assigned different areas of the audit and rarely work on the same thing twice. I also think that the staff/senior level auditors are incredibly helpful for day to day issues.

Cons

I think the worst part of the job is work life balance. Busy season will consistently be 55 hour weeks and I got to leave slightly earlier than the senior on the team. The summer months will also require extra work, usually around 45 hours a week.

Mammoth company with incomprehensible catalog of Corporate policies and operational process that create massive overhead. Watch your back, this is a shark tank. People will eat you up to get ahead and become a PPED
