Pros

Ideal Blend of Type A's and Type B's Social and approachable culture - few large egos in the firm Work/life balance highly valued - lots of lifers at the firm Exciting work in the Innovation space Leadership is from MBB's in the Strategy practice In growth mode, best long-term bet of any Big 4 Don't feel like I'm in a such a big firm, despite having 200k employees Supportive peers and professional growth structures are solid

Cons

growing, so not as much high quality sold work opportunities need more transparency about engagement wins to minimize workplace politics for staffing partners need to follow a more methodical and forrmal process for bench resources; policies around BD assignments while on the bench need to be linked to performance and awards lot of reorgs can be annoying when explaining where we sit in the hierachy to ppl or peers not enough academic research and thought leadership published in high profile press

Great resume boost and awesome job experience.

Cons

Mercury project is horrible and highly stressful so new employers run if you see this in the job description.

Pros

Firm really invests in their employees. it does take some time to settle down here if you are coming from industry but good learning experience. fast paced environment.

Cons

the IT advisory practices are becoming desi consulting joints slowly and gradually. too many Asian hires. the compensation gap between Manager and Senior Manager/Partners is way too big
