1. Working with a global brand name 2. Consulting with some of the country's top companies

1. Overstretched capacity 2. Long working hours 3. Highly competitive working atmosphere leading to infighting and non-cooperation within teams. 4. Hiring/placement criteria and associated compensation was not transparent or standardized leading to suspicions, rivalry and unhealthy work environment.

1- Exposed to varity of companies with a good mix between prestigous tier one companies. 2- Good oppurtunities to transfer abroad.

Managment continous cost cutting with no real reason

Good career opportunities if you work hard enough. Offices and equipments very modern, good benefits, a lot of young people.

Cons

No work-life-balance, workload very high. Salaries are not always fair.
