Good and bad

Pros

- great people to work with; most people are nice and approachable - flexibility around your personal commitments (ie if you need to leave an hour or two earlier, you are able to do so as long as you communicate in advance and finish your work) - some very interesting work

Cons

- favouritism is a problem in some teams (ie more interesting work goes to people that the manager favours / has a stronger personal relationship with) - laptops are slow, too many processes in place which creates inefficiencies (eg. applying for leave sometimes takes weeks to get approval) - your experience at this firm really depends on how well you make of it (ie. go to networking events more, meet more people, be proactive)
