Pros

Some very good project experience. The individuals I worked with were, for the most part, nice people High standards of work, I learned more than I expected when I was there

Cons

The culture was very harsh and impersonal. People ultimately did not show that they cared about others - it was all about the Firm and if you did not go along with that you would be crushed. Decision was making very political. Project management was woeful

Pros

Great name on the CV. Partners are generally very good at what they do and attract a varied mix of clients and projects.

Cons

Little to no choice of the sort of projects you get to do. Expected to work away from home for long periods of time and in industries that you are not interested in. High level of churn as people move on to better things. Had to leave to end a 24 month project
