Pros

1) Handsome Salary 2) Professional Atmosphere 3) All expense paid travels to clients, stay at good 3star hotels, easily and fast reimbursement 4) Work with the best brands/clients worldwide, good exposure 5) Chances to foreign travel also for some profiles 6) Work on client space, so get to know a lot about the clients, the atmosphere , culture etc. And since client changes after some time, so you get a lot of insights into different big brands/.

Cons

1) Not great work life balance, working hours generally exceeds the official timings. 2) Preference not asked while allotting clients. Clients are allotted on need basis. So, even if you have a client office near your home, and you be willing to work there, you can be send in any state, any client. (Though a talk with your manager may help, but be prepared to travel)
