Pros

Work life balance as good as you'll get in Big 4 management consulting. People are smart and friendly. It is easy to become one of the team. Real technical strength in Risk and Accounting. Emerging sector/industry strengths will make them a leader down the road.

Cons

Poor knowledge culture and incentive system for info sharing; the wheel is reinvented daily. Strategy is still evolving. Clients want process and technology, but the firm has only recently accepted that fact. It will take time to ramp up in the technology area ( e.g. SAP, SalesForce). Massive overhead costs make pricing tricky, often leading to sub-optimal engagement economics and charge pressure.

Pros

Dynamic working environment, young team and great people, diversity, lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills and knowledge

Cons

Tight deadlines which pose pressure on the staff and this is not mitigated by the management but rather amplified in some occasions, compensation and benefits are not in line with the effort and work done
