Pros

- Supportive and structured graduate training programme - Decent work life balance - Good cultural & diversity inclusiveness

Cons

- Opportunity for training and development decent, but could be improved and encouraged further - Tends to be a bit charge-out and resource utilisation-centric, which may some what put a strain on time to properly carry out assignment and may limit learning & development on the job - still has much to learn from the processes & organisation efficiencies of that of similar divisions in institutional banks

Cons

Very low salary, Very unhelpful HR, most projects require no skills or knowledge Most projects on consulting require the intellect of a high school kid Incentive structure is very bad
