      1.Ambience 2.Pay 3.Gifts from EY GSS 4.Ur flair for US Tax 5.No shifts 6.Perks 7.Creche 8.Good PF 9.Growth guaranteed to the highest level atleast within 6 years only if you stick on in EY 10. Boomerangs ( Opportunity to take back ex EY employees from the company )

      1. Absence of US Tax process anywhere else except Big 4 2. Cut throat competition 3. Not having excessive support from the teams 4. No cab facility for 40 hrs work/week working employees 5. Too much vigilience 6. Untimely feedback

      Pros

      There is good atmosphere, I work with nice people, the office is situated in a good location, there are benefits.

      Cons

      Salaries are lower than in other places, too much bureaucracy, I think they sometimes don't appreciate enough the importance of freshers.

      Global firm that has instant name recognition with everyone. Very attractive compensation plans especially at higher level positions. Top notch educational support for all levels.

      Cons

      Hard work and long hours on sometime tedious engagements. Difficult to navigate political organizational structure. Can be quite difficult to maintain proper balance between work life and family life.
