Pros

Open culture, informal - you can walk into the partner's cabin and talk to him any time They do tend to be pretty flexible about allowing you to switch teams, if you have the tenacity to keep asking for the transfer

Cons

Zero work-life balance, also at times (at least in India) seems like an Old Boys club. Moreover, in spite of trying to build a business advisory practice, they still seem to go at assignments from a accounting angle, and do not consider other out-of-the-box ideas for tackling an engagement

Pros

Th aManagement want you to learn and to improve, and I learnt a lot when I was there. Engagements were diversified and interesting. And the atmosphere was very good, my collegues were my friends.

Cons

It is difficult to get transferred abroad, although human resource people tell you it is very easy when they interviewed you. That is the reason why I left.
