Great company to start your career

Pros

Great company to start your career. Great trajectory when you decide to leave the firm. Exposure to different industries and individuals. Benefits are (or at least used to be) great, esp. around child birth.

Cons

Work life balance does not exist very often. Issues with staffing at times. Compensation isn't as great as the hours and other things you have to put up with.
