Opportunity for exposure is there, but drawn out review process seems to yield low compensation.
Pros
Inclusive working environment in terms of race and gender. People in the firm seem to really care about you as a person, but whether they are in a position to foster change based on your feedback is another story. Overall if your a young professional in it for the long term networking and client experience aspects, then its not a bad place at all to start your career.
Cons
Seems to be a better place for a young professional to start a career then to have a career. Pay is not proportionate to how much effect you put into the firm. The review process seems to actually spain the entire year not just a month or two leading up to FYE. Client interaction is a big plus as you build your personal brand, but it is a game of cat and mouse depending on your group to get the real face time the firm is "known" for.
