      Cons

      Number of hours worked. ALOT of unpaid overtime. Can be stiff and "Corporate" like at times.

      Pros

      People - I've made lifelong friends and developed strong relationships with a lot of people. The culture of knowledge sharing and learning is also a pro of working for E&Y.

      Cons

      Although I may have a somewhat positive experience which is attributable to the group I work in and the snr mgrs and partners I work for, there are many people that have the exact opposite experience. There's a mixed bag of management that is reasonable & supportive vs work horses. It's the luck of the draw and the ball is in your court to speak up if things are not going the way you like and often times, there is no one around to listen.
