Pros

1. Brand name is strong and resonates throughout service offerings 2. Individuals value the reputation to produce high quality 3. Established relationships with client/customers 4. A lot of opportunity to develop the business and take an active role in contributing to the growth

Cons

1. Staffing on the advisory side is weak and not always in your skill/competency area of interest 2. Difficult to be proactive for project assignments because it is a network of relationships - important to network quickly and aggressively 3. Training needs to be developed 4. Poor knowledge sharing, but it is improving and still maturing
