Pros

Great place to learn and understand corporate culture. It is a great place to gain the fundamentals in the area of consulting, team management and client servicing.

Cons

No bonus and no incentives to want to do over and beyond at a staff and early senior level.

Pros

good working environment; close relationship among team members; provided training (both on job and e training) on accounting knowledge / risk management etc.; not bad benefit (eg. free entrance to museum)

Cons

long working hours; not a high pay position for the first two years; pretty competitive and expect you to earn the CPA license asap
