Pros

EY allows for flexibility, travel, extensive coaching with very smart people, mobility to move from offices all over the world to braoden your job experience, and access to leading practices across multiple industries.

Cons

Long hours, competitive environment that isn't always conducive to detailed learning opportunities and adequate focus to personal development, salary not always equal to time working, some managers and above are not always focused on providing clear, quantifiable feedback, can be a bit clique-ish.

Pros

- very good learning experience with a large company - regulated procedures from the top on down that you can take to smaller firms

Cons

- admins are a dime a dozen - conflicting directives - too many committees & regional phone meetings
