Pros

1. Globally recognised brand, reputation 2. Fairly young management 3. International secondment opportunities within the firm (if lucky and play your cards right)

Cons

1. Structural changes: discourages audit trainee intake due to the implementation of recruitment stages which are not on par with other big 4 firms in the country. This leads to departments being fairly understaffed, more junior staff undertaking more challenging roles with not much support and expected to perform at a more senior level timeline. 2. Lack of exam support - significant work pressure lowers morale and lack of exam support (in terms of study leave, internal revision lectures) lead to low exam passing rate.
