Pros

I really respect the partner team in London and the business they have built. Promotions are not as fast as they could be, but they are fair and people who get promoted deserve it. Interesting projects and a commitment to developing their people, with lots of support for high-performers.

Cons

Low performers definately do not succeed here -- they are either managed out or ignored / not staffed on jobs until they leave. Promotions are slow-coming and the organisation is top-heavy.

Long hours and stress - to be expected in this field. Long hours and stress - to be expected in this field. Long hours and stress - to be expected in this field.

Pros

It is very exciting to work in a highly dynamic environment; besides that the person who works for it receives great experience and opportunities in short time.

Cons

It can be very stressfull to work in an Audit company; thus you should think twice before deciding to work for one.
