      Great resources and people. Management is great to work for and gives good feedback.

      Cons

      There is lot of work to do, which is a pro and a con.

      Pros

      So far, I have no regrets taking a job with EY. The job market was tough last year, so I was just grateful to get a job. I probably won't stay here too long, as compensation is better elsewhere. However, the experience that you get here is undoubtedly valuable.

      Cons

      Very unpredictable hours - you can work 40 hours one week and then 80 the next. Work/life balance really doesn't exist at the Staff level.

      Rapid growth, plenty of personal opportunities, and retains a great day to day operating culture.

      Cons

      Growing pains - some hiring "errors", some tough projects (goes with the territory).
