Pros

Excellent choice for new graduates looking for a professional career but not sure where they might end up. Wide range of financial, in-house and consulting opportunites for qualified accountants or chartered tax advisors. Suits high achievers, anyone looking to coast will not settle in and be happy. Wide range of training and professional development opportunities. Professional, talented, pleasant, helpful and supportive colleagues. There is a good personal development coaching system. The job is a "high status" CV entry which can open doors into many other areas. Mark Otty in UK v impressive leader. Interesting clients.

Cons

Hotdesking, continual organisational changes imposed by high level management
