Pros

10% Raise every year. Good Health Insurance/benefits Rapid advancement/promotions Nationally recognized so it looks good on your resume Short term it's beneficial if you want rapid training and experience or to be promoted to senior/manager position faster. Around 20-30% higher pay than at smaller/mid-size firms.

Cons

0 work life balance. In terms of hours, it's the equivalent of working 2 jobs, so the 20% or so higher pay you get with it compared to smaller firms is not worth it in the long run. Extreme levels of stress. Busy season is almost year-round. It's rare to have a 40-hour week. Busy seasons can be 60-90 hours weeks. You tend to specialize in one area (Partnership, Corporate, OR Individual), so trying to find work in smaller firms afterwards is hard because they tend to want a diverse set of skills.
