Pros

Great experience working with 12+ large clients in the past year.

Cons

No consistency. Little impact seen within clients as we are paid to produce a report and then leave. Inflationary raise and no bonus despite constant praise from partner. Work-life balance is poor with 60 hour work weeks and every vacation in the past year cut short or interrupted by meetings no one else could supposedly cover for.

Avoid this team if you can.
