Pros

Benefits are nice. Big name on a resume.

Cons

Everything else. There is no culture, the "people" everyone speaks of are few and far between, the hours are insane, the pay is low for the amount of work you're required to do (no bonuses like the other Big 4), incredibly inefficient obsessing over teams budgets but then being forced to work longer hours. The list goes on and on.

Pros

Good place for young recruits to start their career. Good focus on ethics. Risk averse

Cons

All depends on the team and partners you work for. The organization does not matter for small issues that are very important to an individual. Not nimble n the new age era. Good cosulting firm for the old world companies. Not a good firm to be engaged, for technology focussed areas

Pros

Decent salary for amount of work Standard promotion structure

Cons

Poor benefits and work/life balance Quality of work is poor, teams encourage inventing useless work products to prolong project length Company pretends to be on the forefront of cutting edge technologies Managers are not knowledgeable but refuse to discuss topics they do not understand with lower ranked employees Inherent gender bias, older employees seem to frequently blame issues on "cultural differences" and refuse actual discussions on the topic New hires are lied to during the recruiting process about rotational roles
