Pros

Access to training and knowledge base is a plus.

Cons

Partners are out for themselves and do not promote a collaborative, team-based approach. High turnover as expectations on business development, utilization, and practice development result in 80+ work weeks.

Pros

Pay, that was it --- so many other people were exodusing the firm that they had to offer alot of pay to sucker people in

Cons

Everything except the pay --- the worst employment experience of my life. Left the second I contractually was able to.

Pros

-Clients are mostly smart and professional. Expecting to learn a lot from various companies and different industries.

Cons

- Managers and some seniors seem to be less organized. Poor people culture around the firm. Seniors act like they own the world and treat the staff extremely bad. Very smart town feel so expect to hear about what happened to your grandma around the whole office if you had just told one person. - Less likely to be appreciated if your other team members are not efficient. The managers failed to recognize pro&cons of each individual.
