Pros

Compensation was competitive, easy to move up if underqualified, PTO was very good

Cons

Zero work-life balance, PTO was plenty of days, but you could never use it if you didn't want to fall behind, leadership was so far removed from the work they had no insight whatsoever, toxic culture where misery increases with your rank. My experience was Private Client Services - High Net Worth Income tax and it was the most negative environment I could possibly imagine. Everyone hates their job and every company email was met with resentment

Pros

Unlimited PTO, around 20 days of company paid holidays, decent 401k match, good health insurance, tons of training and on the job learning experiences

Cons

Like any big 4 work/life balance is bad. Severely understaffed and recruiting has been hiring pretty bad staff lately which doesn't help.
