Flexible schedule, great people culture, good support/career development system, year on year promotions, good year on year raises, good place to make friends

Cons

long commutes, unfair performance rating system, long hours, high expectations to participate in 'outside of client work' activities, terrible profit sharing (performance based bonuses), frequent travel, poor work-life balance, expectations to dedicate all waking hours to the company

Not for me

Business Outlook

Pros

Good, smart people Many people that you meet at training and in your offices end up being very successful down the road (not necessarily in big 4). Good connections.

Cons

The work is not fulfilling. Not worth it to stick out the early years to make manager and have more responsibility. Bad work life balance
