Pros
EY is a great place to start a career. The weight of a big company name paired with the small office feel just can't be beat. I would recommend working for EY at some point in your career
Cons
Sometimes there can be long hours sprinkled here and there. One of the downsides to being in a small office is that the teams you work with can be remote, so it might be frustrating for those who would prefer to be around people all during the work day
