A lot of opportunities for you to grow your professional skills and very supportive and flexible schedule

Cons

High KPI requirements, such as utilization rate, put a lot of stress on employees. In addition, recent salary increases are not competitive. The workplace is pretty inclusive and coworkers are nice.
