Pros

Overall, I had a great experience working at EY. I was there for about 2 years before I decided to go with a mid-market firm. I had the pleasure of working with great individuals who I'm still extremely close with. I don't think I could have made a better choice of where to begin my career.

Cons

As with most of the Big 4, you will be underpaid because part of the value they provide is allowing you to use their name on your resume. But, the longer you stay, the better the exit opportunities will be. If you stay two years, you can easily leave for a 30%+ raise.

Pros

Great experiences and exposure that you would otherwise not get at such an early stage of your career.

Cons

Long hours and sporadic work location due to numerous client sites.
