- Range of employee networks - Great place for building your network and learning from a range of people

Cons

- Emphasis on employee 'utilisation' can be very stressful - Not always enough support for grads - important to take charge of your own professional development and keep asking questions until you understand - Poor retention amongst grads. It is not uncommon for people to develop the skills they need and then leave within 2-3 years (feels like a mass exodus at times)
