+ Office location. + Pay Scale is above average consulting firms.

Cons

- Management (expect orders. You can't speak up even if u find an obvious peril or have a huge concern) - Poor project estimation by the managers ( be ready to spend most of your life at work in the name of flexibility, to catch up on the poor planning). - Micro management. - Favoritism ("leads" who came in from service based company will bring their "subordinates" along. So do not expect things to be fair)
