This is the best company i have worked so far. Very very flexible company. They will give enough time for a development. Good company to learn new technologies . Salary is awesome.

Cons

Some politics in Trivandrum branch. But others are really good.

The best thing about the company is how you interact with many different clients using a good set of technologies, which you need to learn and become an expert at. You get to interact with different industries, expanding your business acumen in those sectors. Also, the benefits are interesting (medical insurance, birthday off, among others). When it comes to quarterly or year-end celebrations, the company is quite generous. People in general are nice and collaborative.

Cons

Since you don't usually work in very long projects, you will not feel like you belong into a specific team, like in other places. The feedback management is poor. The management structure might become blurry at some points.
