Pros

the work environment is very good, friendly management, young crowd, facilities provided are good, good ambiance, gives a positive feel to work, and efforts are recognized also has pretty nice eateries in the campus

Cons

the pay is comparatively less, working hours are long generally exceeds the normal 9 hrs shift and end up stretching most of the time, pretty hectic work load and no cab facility for general shift
