      Pros

      Unlimited PTO. Since it is an accounting company, there will be blackout months when you can not take vacation days but after, you can be off anytime.

      Cons

      They use utilization tool to see how much hours you actually work. If it is low, they will put you 2-3 more jobs on top of your current job to have your utilization hours high. There is barely any work/life balance.

      Good place to work at,great work culture, unlimited tea and coffee,free cab services,no restriction to usage of mobile phones

      Cons

      Have to work at shifts,night shifts, 12 hour shifts, very less growth,not great compensation
