      Pros

      The company seems to really care about their employees and provides competitive benefits and fair pay. My peers and coworkers at EY were some of the highest performing and professional people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      They will expect you to hard work hard and put in long hours when necessary. You can probably find higher At other companies, but the work-life balance and benefits will probably suffer.

      Nothing. Nothing absolutely to mention.

      Cons

      I don’t really know where to start. A. No work life balance. B. Nonsensical management who knows nothing but money. C. Heinous and hostile work culture. D. Groupism and lobby E. Poor salary hikes and parks Perhaps EY is the worst of all big 4s - they have set up a standard of themselves.
