Pros

Strong network and opportunities to really build experience working in a lot of different industries. You also work with tons of teams and learn a nice set of skills whether its learning Audit skills or gaining a deeper understanding about finance and accounting, especially when it comes to applications of concepts.

Cons

It can be easy to get stuck in a specialized role which can limit exit opportunities. The key is to know when to take your experience and move on to the next thing.

Pros

The Firm has great culture focused on learning and development. There are programs and procedures and place to train people, give appropriate feedback, and constantly push you so that you grow with you tenure at the Firm. Senior management runs the Firm well, and people are very friendly.

Cons

If it wasn't for the relatively low pay I don't think I would leave.
